1) Treat the root precisely — AGNES

The core of acne is the sebaceous gland. AGNES uses an insulated micro-needle to deliver heat only to the target gland, sparing the epidermis while selectively disabling the gland for long-lasting improvement.

Why not isotretinoin?
Oral isotretinoin suppresses sebum throughout the entire body. It is effective, but potential side effects can be significant (e.g., dryness/peeling, hair shedding, mood changes, liver enzyme elevation). Many patients who stop isotretinoin due to side effects come to us for alternatives.

Why AGNES?

• We target only the glands that need treatment, preserving normal oil–water balance elsewhere.

• The aim is durable reduction in the overactive glands and lower recurrence.

Why get AGNES at KKEUT?
AGNES is not “just poking.”

3) Ethosome Gold PTT — sebum control with comfort

An evolution beyond classic PDT/Gold-PTT, our Ethosome Gold PTT is designed for:

• Enhanced transdermal delivery (ethosome carrier)

• Focused penetration to the sebaceous unit

• Gentle photothermal activation; we typically pair with Genesis laser (≥3,000 shots) to raise intradermal temperature and boost the effect

• Comfortable even after AGNES

In PREMIUM, we disable glands with AGNES and further suppress activity with Ethosome Gold PTT—to cut recurrence risk more decisively.

What’s the Difference Between Packages?

✔ SHORT (4 weeks)

• AGNES ×1 + full aftercare

• Black-vinegar (acetic-based) peel + BHA peel to clear keratin/sebum pathways
  Best for: oily skin with intermittent inflammatory acne or frequent clogged pores.

✔ INTENSE (8 weeks, standard)

• AGNES ×2 (about 4 weeks apart)

• Complete in-between aftercare included
  Best for: recurrent inflammatory acne; designed for visible change in before/after photos. (AGNES is generally recommended for ≥2 sessions.)

✔ PREMIUM (8 weeks, advanced)

• AGNES ×2 + Ethosome Gold PTT

• Includes a low-irritation peel (LALA Peel) for sensitive skin
  Best for: adults with persistent acne seeking maximum sebum suppression with minimal irritation.

Why a Package (not “AGNES once”)?

One AGNES session doesn’t end acne immediately. You may see:

• Residual plugs surfacing like tiny grains,

• A transition period before full suppression, and

• Skin that needs calming and guidance during remodeling.

Effective care means planning the sequence:
Gland destruction → secretion suppression → plug clearance → inflammation control.
That whole pathway reduces recurrence. Our package is a designed treatment course, not a one-off procedure.
